Refunds:

All bookings are non-refundable. When you reserve time with me, you are reserving my energy and attention. 

There are no returns or reversals.

Cancellations:

Any cancellation forfeits the session.

The container dissolves and cannot be reinstated.

Rescheduling:

There is no rescheduling. If you miss your appointment for any reason, the session is forfeited. If we choose to continue working together, a new booking must be made.

No-Shows:

If you are not present at the scheduled start time, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Time is the container.

If you are not in it, the mirror closes.

No-shows in packages:

​

One no-show forfeits that session.

Two no-shows end the container entirely and all remaining sessions are forfeited.

This protects the integrity of the work, not the schedule.

If a rare emergency prevents your timely attendance, you may request consideration. This is at my discretion and not guaranteed.
