Refunds:

​

All bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment at any time, the booking fee is non-refundable.

​

Cancellations:

 

  • Any cancellation forfeits your appointment time.

 

Rescheduling:

 

  • You may reschedule once at no cost if you give at least 72 hours' notice. 

  • Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice requires a $77 fee.

​

No-Shows:

 

  • If you are 5 minutes or more late, it will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

  • More than one no-show in a coaching package ends the container and forfeits remaining sessions — not as punishment, but to protect the integrity of the mirror.

 

Coaching Containers — MindMirror Method:

 

  • All containers must follow the above booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies. 

  • Packages are to be completed within the agreed timeframe, maximum 60 days.

  • After 60 days, any unused sessions expire without refund.

  • Containers may be closed at my discretion without refund if the work's integrity is being compromised. This isn’t a penalty—it’s about preserving the integrity of the mirror.

All sessions are approximately timed and may conclude early at my discretion to preserve the integrity of the mirror.
