RESCHEDULING &
CANCELLATION POLICY

If you’d like to RESCHEDULE an appointment you must do so at least 24hrs before your appointment time. You may reschedule each appointment only once.  If you reschedule an appointment once and would like to reschedule again, another payment will be required to schedule another appointment.

I have a 24hr cancellation policy.  If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24hrs before your appointment time, payment is forfeited and a new payment will be needed to schedule a new appointment.  If you request a cancellation at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time you qualify for a refund minus a $5 refund fee to cover any fees I’ve incurred for taking payment in addition to any fees charged by Paypal or Square (this amount can be anywhere from $5-$15 depending on the amount originally paid for your reading). Refunds can take several days to process. To cancel your appointment go to your confirmation email and

click “Change/Cancel Appointment".

*If you decide at some point during your reading that you would like to stop the reading, you must notify me during the reading and a partial refund may be given at

my discretion and is not guaranteed.
