CANCELLATION POLICY
If you’d like to reschedule an appointment please go to your confirmation email for your reading and click “Change/Cancel Appointment.” If you decide later that you would like a LONGER reading please EMAIL ME through the “contact me” form on my website. You may reschedule each appointment only once. After rescheduling the same appointment one time a new payment will be required to schedule another appointment.
I have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24hrs before your appointment time, payment is forfeited and a new payment will be needed to schedule a new appointment. If you request a cancellation at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time you qualify for a refund minus a $5 refund fee to cover any fees I’ve incurred for taking payment in addition to any fees charged by Paypal or Square (this amount can be anywhere from $5-$15 depending on the amount originally paid for your reading). Refunds can take several days to process. To cancel your appointment go to your confirmation email and
click “Change/Cancel Appointment".
IF you decide at some point during your reading that you would like to stop the reading a partial refund may be given at
my discretion & is not guaranteed.
